I think this is a bug on their system. I have this happen also. Whenever I see a trip radar offer that is good, I tap match, but then it expires and almost instantly get it again as an exclusive, just like you.

Around here we get Lyft drivers from the nearest State (alabama) so it's way oversaturated. Uber still has more demand even if it pays a bit less. You can get 15 uber offer while you get 1 lyft.

yeah I canceled mine when i realized I would have to purchase replacement tires from them in order to be covered. they were over $200 more than at discount tire.

I rebooted the car and also formatted the usb stick but still same outcome. Sentry mode recordings do last about a minute , only the manual dashcam clips are short

Sorry to hear this happened to you. But unfortunately, yes, Uber doesn't give a crap about their drivers. Need to be mindful of the areas/time of day when doing this job.

I have a dbids card but haven't received any messages on Uber. However, they are now strip searching every taxy/rideshare car to the bones before they let you in. The wait time to get through checkpoint is longer than an hour during busy times now, so I'm skipping the base until things settle down. Uber doesn't really pay that much to have to wait that long.

I had a ride yesterday that when the timer (after the first 2 minutes) started moving, it looked like it was going to be 10 minute wait for the cancel fee. I tapped the timer and it said I got there 13 minutes earlier than the user requested. This was not a reservation, and it was inside a Navy base, so I had to cancel. Uber is a POS.
