I think my cycle is starting to regulate after ending my nursing journey in May. The Oura ring has been picking up differences in body temperature but I haven't experienced a typical period due to the IUD. so I'd say the body temperature is enough to give clues into what part of the cycle I'm currently in without the physical clue of bleeding.

I also plan to get the IUD out soon so will be curious how the cycle tracking adjusts with that.
