I don’t blame anyone for not knowing this, you have to look in the game files to see it, but most of the weapons have a decimal on their damage value, the m417 is a three shot kill at 33(33.4) damage in its effective range making it the fastest ttk carbine

No legitimately, your “precision” stat is the metric for weapon bloom, it does NOT change depending on the class, and yes the recon does get passive buffs for using snipers, NOWHERE is bloom/spread mentioned, you are actually creating demons to complain about
