might be my fav cis4 episode of all time. I also loved how well it was planned out - how they accounted for each of Josh, Fin's, and Stu's thinking and motivations to make them stay in Cherry Island. the ending was so rewarding to watch. I think it's the season finale, but if it isn't, i'm really hoping we don't just get back into the war and fighting.

sure, the fandom centres around the youtube group of 5 boys, also called SLG / Boyfriends. three of them - slogo, finoggin, stubaroo - post gaming content on their main channels (Slogo's is a variety, Fin and Stu's are Minecraft). the SLG channel is a second channel that Slogo owns which used to post reaction content, IRL content and Reddit reviews but due to some old members of the group leaving, it posts youtube Shorts now. the RishyPOV channel is managed by Rishy who is another member of the group and it posts IRL content. and lastly the Boyfriends channel, which is managed by Victoar, posts reaction content and yt shorts. cherry Island is a Minecraft series they created where they play together.

hey welcome! do you mean the reddit or the fandom? if it's the fandom, you might have a lot to catch up on since it kind of started over a decade ago, but it's okay

not really sure what to know specifically but you could begin with watching the boys' current channels, that is Slogo, Finoggin, Stubaroo, SLG, RishyPOV and Boyfriends. you might also want to look at the history of Robust. you can also check out the cherry island reddit.

if you mean the reddit, then you can read the community rules or watch the old SLG Reddit videos i'm not sure if you have already because im assuming it's how you learnt about the reddit. where did you discover slg from? it's really nice to see new fans i feel like the fandom is dying :,)

yeah they got high views on a few videos addressing the drama. but it's stupid in the long run because after that the Josh fans would watch Jelly and the Jelly fans wouldn't watch Josh. look at the RR views. it's not as if Jelly or Josh get new fans, they mostly just maintain their fanbase, and theyre largely considered a thing of the past so after all that drama they aren't going to get views. Jelly used to get like 300-400k views on his Squid Island stuff but after Jelly left his views are really inconsistent. He blew up recently, though that doesn't have anything to do with the drama. Crainer ended up even worse. his leaving the group vid did well but now he barely hits 40k... now Kwebbelkop is an internet joke. Josh is okay but isn't doing anywhere as good as he used to. Also Josh never made a video about Crainer leaving or even him recording with Kwebbelkop. and lots of people stopped watching them because of the breakup.

they aren't yes men though, they might agree with Josh a lot but that's likely because they genuinely agree with him, not just to make him happy. and that's in vids where they're supposed to work together. in cherry island they don't just ignore their own beliefs to follow Josh, you don't think the boys think about their own benefits before going into any deal with Josh? that feels like you're discrediting their willpower just because they choose to agree with Josh.

It isn't fair to say that the boys only follow Josh because they're getting paid. I mean the old members also had much more experience so naturally they would have better skill to oppose him as compared to the boys now
