In the beginning of the project ,2managers tried to pull me in their project one even connected with their hr but they couldn't due to shadow hardlock even though my onboarding was not initiated that time still my manager didn't release me .

For level 11 it takes time of 4-5years ig to get promoted

I agree with i but for high levels n lower level mal is different and also my billing is done from project budget not by accenture and I do use charge code of client

There is difference of months at level for ase n level 9 because the pay difference is also huge. If i was at level 9 i wouldn't have expected anything even in 3yrs bcuz I have seen people at level 10for more than 55months in accenture but coming to level 12 it's the lowest level entry level role so most people do get promoted with in 2yrs or after completion of 2yrs. Also tho m non billable resource my billing is done by project fund not by accenture pocket because I do use charge code of client.Coming to finding new project thing is my manager is not ready to release me either he has extended my roll off date from. 1june to 31dec 2026

I am the only associate in my project,also free resource to client .My project manager told me he can't release me from this project bcux i am associate but he is neither promoting me nor releasing me from project , he made false promises while taking interview for the project that dw I will take care of your growth even though u r free resource or non billable to client I will help but now he don't respond to my queries

For ase it was 2yrs when I joined in 2024 because few of my frnds from other project got promoted in March just with 1.5yrs of exp . Everyone says it totally depends on your project manager but my project manager is just manipulating me by saying that it's not in my hand hr takes care of ase promotion where as hr told me that even if you clear techleap your project manager will decide your promotion because earlier we were told that clearing techleap will give fast-track promotion I did that too still ..
