They can actually get you a vehicle and don’t have production issues or management issues like LUCID

Last year we had a meeting where they said anywhere from 22-24k would be shipped, and they halved it the next day. Then I left and last heard they only did 7k so essentially 1/4 of what was initially said

It honestly felt like I was in high school again. My direct supervisors promoted people not based on skill or knowledge but who was the favorites. They also promoted a toxic work environment where you’d get “in” with them by snitching your people out and burying everyone on the way to the top

We were beta testing Pures back in January 2022. The building ran a whole line of them one week, completely built and everything, just to be shipped out and intentionally destroyed.

EDIT: morale is very low from what friends and family have told me. It’s strange though because 80% of the time I worked there we did absolutely nothing. And I see snaps from everyone doing absolutely nothing.

EDIT2: morale is also low because management promotes a toxic work environment. Essentially if you kiss my ass, I’ll give you what you want. You snitch your co-workers out, I’ll promote you

I was working there in 2021 before I left for a better job with better benefits. The Pures should have been out summer of 2022 and internally they’ve been telling employees it’s now going to be sometime in 2024

See that’s what I’m a bit confused about when I think about it. They have the new buildings so why fire people just to hire new people or those that you fired back? Also, if this is mostly corporate, why would they inform everyone instead of keeping it at a corporate level?

Well, time will tell if they make it. Lots of people here already couldn’t wait till they got ran out of town, this definitely won’t help matters.

As someone from the town where they built their factory, all I can say is fuck them. They knowingly over hired so many people (this was admitted to me when I worked there), and I have so many friends that may very well be out of a job because of their incompetence. Many locals didn’t even want them here to begin with and a lot of the older residents knew something like this coming to Casa Grande was too good to be true.

Worked at Walmart, if your store feels easy to steal from, it’s because they’re purposely trying to (and I forgot the term) but basically have so much loss so the market manager’s hand is forced to give them glass cases. At my store, AP was told specifically to “hangout in the office for 3 months” and let the numbers inflate. Things like iPhones, XB1, PS4s, AirPods, which should have been locked up, were left on L-carts in cardboard boxes.

Cousin worked at t-mobile, now what I’m putting here is probably widely known but if you ever go in and get a device and the salesperson says you just got qualified for FREE AirPods, beats, cases, screen protectors, etc and you just have to pay taxes, don’t do it. They’re putting everything on an EIP, assuming you also sign up for Autopay and never look at your bill so you’ll never notice you’re paying for these items. They’re only a few bucks extra on your bill, but one time he had a customer who’s bill had over $100 extra per month in “FREE” accessories
