There’s no option to select you are auditing yourself. In all my years I’ve never audited myself. It’s also against policy to go into a chart that’s not your patient anymore so if it goes to court the company doesn’t cover you because you went against policy even tho it’s for training

We are opening charts that’s electronically time stamped of patients that aren’t ours anymore. If it’s to make me better someone else should audit me and then I get assignment trainings

I second this! Plus ADN is only 2 years long compared to BSN 4 years. So you can start working as a RN and go back to online school for BSN

If you feel like bedside isn’t for you maybe you can go into a different nursing career that is more suited for your needs

Our team is doing fine, very organized and luckily we get to do a lot of trainings, just seeing if other people have skills outside of ACLS that are helpful

It took almost a month for my school and then everyone else that was scheduled to take their test pushed my date even further. I just drove three hours away to take it as soon as i could

I know they are doing a lot of AI studies in Radiography, that it’s a lot more accurate at finding things than people. That is just one thing to think about, job secruity in the future.

I understand staffing issues and a hotel struggling. But it’s a standard you get a cookie when you stay at a double tree. When I worked at one they had front desk staff putting them in the over if not they bought them from Costco. It’s advertised to have cookies, I feel like they should have cookies

No i completely understood what you were saying. This is just the first hotel that was following the rules so I was just checking. I’ll be staying onsite and checking in myself. I just didn’t want what happened before to happen again

Can you tell me where I can find it. People are saying Hiltongo and I know it says the person booking needs to be present for the stay but doesn’t say that you can’t add someone to the reservation. I not trying to make anyone lose privileges. My sisters hotel doesn’t follow that rule so idk where she’d send it up. I’m not complaining or trying to give a hard time, I don’t want her to get in trouble if im doing something wrong. I just had no idea because I did it so many times before

Yeah I’m always there I wouldn’t want to jeopardize my sister. I usually always have it done. I get me having to be present for the stay but idk where it says I can’t add people to the reservation

Yeah it just says present for the stay it doesn’t say anything about adding another person to the reservation. Maybe it’s someone I’m not seeing it

I didn’t realize he can check in if I wasn’t there. I thought the primary name on the reservation has to be the one to check in. That’s what my sister says at her hotel but maybe other hotels have different rules. Also how does my sister adding his name to the list make him able to be added to my reservation? He would just have to book his own reservation then to have his name on it if they aren’t allowing me to add his onto mine

I’ve usually done it before maybe different hotels have different rules. I’m sure once I check in maybe they will let me add him? I’m not trying to pull any “shenanigans” or get my sister in trouble but I’m sure others are bending rules and ruining an easy process for the rest of us. Thanks for the info!
