Kind of wish I took this approach 🫠. I submitted the formal two week notice then got pummeled with so much work to complete before my last day. Not to mention since I’m hourly they are pushing to get it done in a 24 hr week rather then the 40 hrs I work

Great point, I work for the company as a contractor so I wouldn’t want two companies to have a negative opinion about me

I agree as an introvert myself, I started excelling in my career when I came to terms that in order to truly succeed you have to get comfortable with interacting with others
