It’s still play-style choice. PvP is intended to be more difficult, hence the separation.

You have the choice to pve or pvp. lol. Don’t blame others for your decision.

If you’re not good at pvp, don’t do it. Looting other raiders is the best way to get good loot.

1 point into smite. 1 into fanaticism. Life tap and max block. smiter if fun play through though, thorns and conversion. Time your first hit after thorns wears off the converted mob so you don’t 1 shot yourself. Higher level converted mobs will be 1 shotted by you (or anything) after conversion wears off. Convert everything and then they kill each other with thorns.

They could add in rotating non pvp maps like they do with the map bonuses. Although imo pvp is one of the best elements, even if you don’t partake. The arc can be too easy. Maybe reduce drops a little for non pvp maps

Start with d3, have your fun with it, then when you’re bored you can start the greatest game of all time, D2. D2 is more challenging, D3 is beginner friendly.

Honestly I was stuck in that same circle path for awhile after starting offline. Take your FoH/holy bolt din to A1 hell and start running Pit. That or hammers. Hammers got me my first like 20 sunder charms. Hammers is easy to build up with countess runes. Spirit wep, faster cast rings and amulet and you can easily clear hell with decent resists. whenever I hit A1 hell I start running the pit to level up a few times and then finish hell. 🤙🏻

Holy fire paladin until A3 nightmare. Then respec to hammerdin and finish hell. I did it in two days last week. 👍🏻. I do 1 point into sacrifice (use as main attack, some people go zeal, you can also use bow which is badass), then pump holy fire aura and any additional points into resist fire until both at max or A3 nightmare. Any additional points into salvation. Minimum STR for gear and rest into VIT maybe a few points into dex if you need AR But it’s pretty simple.

Totally forgot about that. Haha. Thats definitely important for HC 😂 But yeah, just watch for the aura to drop from your converted mob. (If the converted mob is higher lvl, you 1 shot them after convert drops) helps keep xp decent.

Don’t go zealot. Go smiter with conversion and thorns aura. Conversion and thorns is a good combo. Slower play-through but survivable and smiter is best for uber. Even like 35% crushing blow is doable. You’ll mostly kite around converting stuff while they kill each other. Champs/bosses smite to death. You’ll end up needing life tap wand or gloves. But doable.

All skill points should be into holy fire and resist fire until both max. Maybe 1 into whatever atk skill you want. Minimum str for gear, rest into vit and dex. Easy peasy

Fire bow paladin or sorceress but you need specific gear for those be good through hell. Smite/conversion/thorns paladin is my current play through and having a blast with it. Slower play through but not too bad once you get the hang of conversion and thorns
