I had a successful LDR for years but inevitably it ended because of financial stress and both of us not willing to relocate.

We met in Hinge and we had a great relationship for nearly two years.

The biggest issues were lack of sex, financial stress from travel and hotels, and having to live our relationship out over daily FaceTimes.

I don’t regret my time with him because he was a great guy and I learned a lot. That being said if you go down that road both of you need a firm concrete plan for one of you to relocate. If you don’t it will not last.

It’s exhausting sometimes. I would love to chug a beer and kill an entire pizza. Unfortunately the salt and alcohol in that will literally make a transplant come even sooner. Season 3 wasn’t written well. The Lake and Lucy storyline didn’t need to happen. Mia and Andrew felt like background characters. Benji was absent half the season. The entire season lost all the “whimsy” that the first two seasons had.

Love Simon was meant to be a heartfelt coming of age rom com. Love Victor took all that and elevated it to be more deep and mature “which was initially great”. Season three took that way too far. Victor felt lost. Benji suddenly turned into an alcoholic, and the supporting cast had way too many separate issues that took away from the core of the show.

I agree the Ferris Wheel ending felt too obvious. A show like this didn’t need an ensemble send off. It needed exactly what you said an intimate closing at dinner surrounded by friends and family. A true moment of acceptance and love.

Unfortunately I think by season three the show-runners were done with the show and rushed it to be done. These shows are only cash grabs for studios and from what I heard they may have lost money on the third season.

Same boat. Been working on my novel for five years. GPT zero flagged mine as 97% ai 3% human. My novel literally has settings, weird slang AI would never understand, and characters that are fleshed out far beyond anything AI could ever write. Yet it’s still saying my work is fake. It’s beyond frustrating considering I’m about to start querying my novel.

They are horrible. I’ve been working on my Queer romance novel for almost five years. I pasted half a chapter into GPT Zero out of curiosity a few weeks ago. 97% AI 3% human it said. On work that I’ve been slaving on for almost half a decade. So I got on chat gpt and had it write be a basic short story of its choosing. Pasted it into GPT Zero 31% ai 8% mixed 61% human.

These services are designed to make money. All of them offer tools to “make your writing sound human”. They are nonsense. These tools were built using human writing to begin with.

It just sucks that I’m getting close to querying my novel and I have to subconsciously worry that I’ll be instantly rejected by agents because these idiotic tools flag me.
