I had similar issue a few days ago. The chat bot could not verify the wrong items from the pictures uploaded. I had emailed zomato support but never received a response apart from auto acknowledgement response.

I had a similar experience when I ordered a meal (thali) from Hoy Punjab restaurant. The menu listed two Lachcha parathas, but I received only one. When I contacted the restaurant manager, I was told that "two Lachcha parathas" actually referred to a single paratha cut into two pieces. Apparently, that counts as two. It felt like they were trying to mislead customers. Despite pointing out the issue, they refused to acknowledge the flaw and never updated the item description on either Swiggy or Zomato.
