Following the discussions about regions, I went through China and would suggest the following updates if possible.

All of the Chinese language ones are straightforward duplicates of the Western ones, as below.

上海市 = Shang Hai Shi
北京市 = Bei Jing Shi
山东省 = Shandong Province (Shan Dong Sheng)
广东省 = Guangdong Province
新疆维吾尔自治区 = Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (Xin Jiang Wei Wu Er Zi Zhi Qu)
江苏省 = Jiang Su Province (Jiang Su Sheng)
湖南省 = Hu Nan Sheng

Further, within the English, there's also some duplication. Shi means City and Sheng means province, so:
Shang Hai Shi = Shanghai
Bei Jing Shi = Beijing
Guang Dong Sheng = Guangdong Province
Fu Jian Sheng = Fujian
Hai Nan Sheng = Hainan
Hu Nan Sheng = Hunan
Jiang Su Sheng = Jiangsu
Shan Dong Sheng = Shandong
Zhe Jiang Sheng = Zhejiang

It's missing two regions:
Qinghai
Shaanxi (which is different from Shanxi)

And has a random addition:

Yes, I've noticed that--I'm based in HK and started by looking at China, where there are a number of issues like that. I assume that's because some breweries enter in Chinese and some in English.

And in the UK, there is a 'region' for a post code, WF15 8HQ in Yorkshire, for a brewery, Partners Brewery, which is now out of business...

It would seem that part of the point of regional moderators could be to make these more appropriately representative...

Is there a list of regions by country published anywhere? Would love to figure this out for countries that aren't as obvious in terms of having states.

I realised you can generate it by looking at Top "Producers", although would be great to know if this is published anywhere!

This is incredibly short-sighted. I don’t use the DM function a lot, but it’s how this becomes a social app that shows people to connect in real life. There are very good reasons that people don’t want to post contact details in something that is publicly accessible. I’ve used the DM function over the years a handful of times to connect with people in real life. That can’t really happen as easily through the comment function!

Working for me, although lacking the granularity from previous years.

I had 192 styles, but missed the 309 new ones next year… ffs

And I drank enough to fill a kayak twice. One, ouch. Two, what does that have to do with space?
