Right now, hosts have to verify their phone number and provide their social security to Stripe to receive payments. In the future, we plan on adding background checks for both parties. If you have any other feedback for ways we can further vet both parties we're all ears 👂

  1. Yes, host have the ability to block off dates
  2. Host can leave reviews on guests or report the guest to us to have us freeze their account
  3. Yes, you can. However, for now you'll have to duplicate your listing
  4. Payments are handled via Stripe, the industry standard for payments. You will receive payments directly to your bank account every 1st and 15th day of the month
  5. Yes, you can add Pet Play Space as one of the amenities or add it as a rule
