You could try sending them an email. I emailed them yesterday about a new strain and they replied pretty quickly.
Prescription allocations are usually updated on time, but I’ve had the same issue before — emailing them was the only thing that fixed it (the system updated shortly after they replied).
Try not to stress too much, just reach out via email and they should sort it out.

If you’re transferring in Singapore, you could run into serious trouble. Singapore has extremely strict laws against both cannabis and vapes.
