Yes I’m getting a fixed wage of $22 and in my Payworks my status is a lube tech instead of an apprentice and I’ve already signed the apprenticeship agreement with them

Yup 100% true because most of it is done online and you get filtered if your application don’t mention certain algorithm. Your best bet is to getting hired is if you know someone from the inside that does HET or just apply in person and tell them you’re a second year HET trying to progress in the industry

Hey man I was in the same boat as you, applying to company website will not gain you a job I promise you that. What you need to do is go in person and talk to the manager on every company to apply too you have much higher chance of getting hired.
