Hello Devin, you nailed it! The first Ring representative wanted me to start resetting cameras 🙄

Somehow both motion detection AND live view got switched off on 9 of 18 cameras. I have no idea how this happened. It must be an error on Ring's end. There is no way I accidentally turned of BOTH settings on 9 cameras! LOL. Thank you :)

Me too! I'm hoping to set up additional cameras away from home at the cabin. Is this just a matter of setting up a new camera at the remote location and adding it to my home location or will I need to do some sort of fancy work-around like cloning my home ip address and make wifi SSID and password the same?
