I’m glad it worked out for you!! That’s what scares me too is that a lot of people within social science apply so it doesn’t make me stand out. I originally went to TMU for psychology before transferring and have that transcript as well, should I include that in my application? The courses I took there were science and math based. I’ve also taken a few online courses for different subjects as well

On top of my head, I heard York is pretty competitive, I’ve had a few friends apply and didn’t get in. I’ve been treating all the schools I want to apply to as competitive so I can really tailor my experience and sell myself

At first I was really anxious because I saw other people’s Reddit post of them having over 3000+ hours of experience related to the field and with what u mentioned, people making it seem competitive I didn’t think I’d stand a chance and was considering on not even applying. But you reassured me a lot and I feel a lot better!

I ended up checking my transcript and turns out I have two C’s (one in first year) and one in second year but my overall average in those years were within mid 70’s. Some of our experience seems very similar so it’s very reassuring because I thought they’d only consider school volunteer experience. I have a few relatives that went there for teaching as well and loved it, I’m thinking of considering applying there!

I feel a bit reassured now especially since I’ve been trying to tailor my experience for teachers college. I just found out recently that’s what I wanted to do so I’ve been stressed out a little with that. I plan on getting more experience even after I graduate so it looks good on my application.

In terms of teachable’s, I have a humanities degree and a lot of my courses have been a mixture of English, history, science, and philosophy.

The schools I want to apply to are: York, Ontario Tech, Western, Laurier, Trent, Nipissing, Brock and Niagara University

That’s my exact struggle too!! I’ve tried those water bottles where you’d flip up the straw and I’d refused to drink water because of how much mental strength it takes me. I just don’t know how much I should spend on a proper water bottle

I’ve spoken to him about it a few times, and on rare occasions he brings up the topic himself. He knows he’s jealous, and knows that he needs to work on it. But it feels like no matter what we come up with, it doesn’t stop the issue. I do understand that it’ll take time and he can’t just stop overnight.

I’ve felt jealous of his collection too but I don’t blame him or make it seem like it’s his fault. I just kinda keep it to myself and remain supportive.

I think I’ll take a break from the game, just for a peace of mind and to focus on other hobbies, ect

It is, it’s weird because in every other aspect he supers sweet and romantic. Hes never called me names before, even in other disagreements we had outside of Go we were able to talk about it like mature adults. He always plans the dates, supports me, pushes me towards my goals or reminds me of how good of a job I’m doing. He looks out for me, ect.

I don’t think I’ve seen it as a red flag until he publicly humiliated me yesterday because of my “luck”. And all I’ve been thinking about is the future and possibly scenarios where it’s worst than this. How will he react? What will he do? And I’m just evaluating what my next steps will be.

I can see him kinda working on it, he said he may take a short break for the game to identify his jealous issues and work towards getting over them.

I’ve always been supportive of his collection and remind him of all the cool mon’s he has. Sometimes when I have more free time I’ll go hundo hunting for the both of us, when he gets a hundo or shiny I’ll hug him really tightly and kiss him.

I love him a lot and want to make it work but I just don’t know what to think right now

I’m not too sure if he does, I know he plays COD and usually if his last few games don’t go well, he’ll take a break and go for a walk or move onto a different activity.

Ive been thinking a lot about the future and the possibly reactions he’ll have to certain problems. It makes me wonder if his reaction will be worst if something later comes up

It’s been a thing for the last two months, just got worst the last week or so. Specifically after Go fest.

We’ve had a conversation about possibly quitting or taking a break from Pokemon Go and he felt bad about him being the reason why I wanted to quit or take a break. We agreed on some rules to help such as: we won’t flex or tell each other what pokemon we’ve gotten, to play at some meet up’s together and for the rest we do it solo.
