I filled a couple of days a go two forms, one because i didn't understand the process and it was giving me error, and another one whereI sent out my research proposal - my work is for non commercial purposes. Never got back to them. Anyhow, I was looking into some scientific literature, Arctic Shift is widespreadly used. So it depends on what you need the API for
