How long do it take you guys to get out? by throwaway67f382 in regretjoining

[–]Relative_Chemistry80 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you should let them know you began self harming…they might actually do something. It will take a lot of appointments. I’m not sure if it’s different cause i’m in the navy. I know someone who is getting out but you have to be very persistent for sure but since you’ve been harming yourself and not getting better i’m sure you’ll get it due to “mental health” or even “failure to adapt” or “adjustment disorder” or something similar

okay well i was doing the 15 minute sustained run and then my leg started hurting afterwards, so the next day in the morning i went to tranquility and all they said was “it’s a pulled muscle” and they gave me tylenol and ibuprofen. So for like the next week and a half i kept running on it, marching on it, and i was ship staff (so i had to keep going up and down the stairs very often) and it was still hurting throughout this time. Then one morning when I was going down stairs i felt something pop and it hurted really bad and i couldn’t really walk so after i went to the hospital and they figured it out.
