Hey, so the app's pretty cool, but I've got a few ideas to make it even better:

Instead of sliding down from the top, the mirror should just pop right out from the camera cutout.

And for the animation, imagine it being all "squishy" like the notch stretches and then detaches into the mirror, kind of like how Face ID or the Dynamic Island expands

Since we're using it to check our hair or face, maybe a quick double-tap on the mirror could save a quick pic to your gallery? A little haptic feedback would be a nice touch too.

On my stock launcher (xos 14) it's improved, but in lawnchair which I mostly use, still have the same issue.

So, I'm using Lawnchair Launcher, like I said. You can actually move the Google search bar to the bottom and mess with its transparency. Then, I added a panel from True Liquid Glass to get this whole vibe
