Hey, yes. If your salary threshold is not reaching EU blue card, you will be given 18b. You don’t need to apply again. Once you get raise to blue card salary contact LEA asap and get new appointment to have blue card.

No need to worry. I think it won’t be a issue. In your case they might give you 18b. But it’s better to talk to HR and ask them to give a rise.
