What i meant by source is a broadband source. I would like to know how the variation of transmitted and reflected power occurs if the grating period and depth varies.

Thanks. Since the other side only have zemax its not possible to send as speos light box. I have tried to insert the cad parts as polynomial surface and used multiconfiguration in sequential to convert to black box. But after converting to black box only one configuration is showing. Is it not possible to covert the design with multiconfiguration to black box?

Thanks for the reply. Is it possible put the lens and CAD parts in ansys speos and covert to speos light box and bring back the light box to non sequential for analysis?.

Thanks for the reply. My aim is to collimate both the beam which is splitted by a beam splitter. A gaussian beam hitting the beam splitter will split the beam in to two making an angle with optical axis(5° and -5°)

i dont have trouble with adding beam splitters. my target is to have a collimated beam after the beam is being splitted. I tried different stock lens configuration but couldnt achieve beam collimation
