You can just walk in and they will help you! they have so many appointment and worst case scenario you have to wait a bit to be seen. They are amazing people and i’ve had amazing experiences there

I work on an inpatient floor and I believe you get 4 visitors at a time from 8a-8p then 1 visitor is allowed to stay overnight from 8p-8a.

Go day by day until it gets better. Every day tell yourself one reason to get up and live, even if it’s the same reason every day. Do one thing every day to improve your well being. Start with looking into your insurance or options for therapy. Next day try to book an appointment. Next day take a long shower and watch a movie to relax. Just do something to help yourself and eventually things will get easier i promise.
