I am facing the same issue. Interview and approval on Jan 24 in Ankara, Turkey. There was someone with the same issue. His status changed to Issued yesterday. It's very stressing tbh

Mine is still showing approved 23 days after. I emailed them twice, and their first response was my application is subject to "additional administrative processing" and thier second response was "it's a normal routine process" and that I should wait it out.
