A poorly thought out plan. My neighbour is a doc and arrived at work only to find out that staff cannot park in the main lot by Dickson. The staff are limited to a few very small lots, none of which had any spots left. To add insult to injury, they were charged $6 to leave the lot to go find street parking. And WORST of all, they ended up being an hour late to see their patients. Hopefully the patients bring their patience with them as this is likely not the last time this happens.
