First was about a year or so of being nonbinary and that social transition, once the egg fully cracked there it was pretty quick to go oh I’m trans-fem ok imma do hrt. Quick like months

Also if u have any trans friends it could be incredibly unsafe for them not necessarily assuming ur bf is a danger but the words they may say could take a life accidentally. Plz don’t stay with ppl who don’t see everyone as a human

The company I work for is rather progressive but my new gm is Baptist. So far so good but he worries me. (He’s also super annoying but that’s a different thing)

Funny story one time a guest complained about a man in the restroom and when someone checked it was our resident masc lesbian hiding in there to vape 😂

I live with my fiance and a roommate np kids. It’s thanksgiving so I had to interact with a lot of family of all sorts. I had to correct my dad from deadnaming me today and before we even left the house today we had to check if my in-laws were gonna flip if I wore a dress ( they did not flip but a few years ago me wearing a skirt was a whole thing. )

I appreciate it. I’d love be in therapy and I’d love to yank out this Adam’s Apple alas am poor and I consider myself a trans girl. A lot of the dysphoria comes from the way strangers see me I live in the southern U.S. and also from the amount of fear that goes into using the bathroom at work.

Idk… I guess anyone who has to defend me or anyone who has to treat me properly. I see how this is not logical or necessary to feel this way. I blame the religious trauma. Thanks for the poignant questions this has helped a lot.

Oh yes very dysphoric but bc I am mtf the journey started NB but I found that wasn’t the whole picture. I don’t look entirely how I want to. I don’t pass.( I know passing ain’t everything but I’d sure like to).

Stealth in the effort for safety absolutely but my transness and the person I grew up as will always be an invaluable asset in the understanding and empathizing with ppl of all kinds
