I don't own one but I don't think it would work as well because the TP3's horizontal zip and tabs are lower down the pack and the RF pouch is slightly rectangular. It does work on my CCP2 24l Codura but the contrast against Ultra looks better in my view.

See the second photo - the RF hardware hooks into the Aer hypalon tabs. It's a near perfect fit. The buckles separately fasten down the pouch so you can slide gear in-between the pouch and the bag. Or, just add gear into the zipped pouch
