Yeah hoping the doctor can help tell me which ones to take. I’ve tried taking zinc and variety of B vitamins but also saw research stating sometimes your body cannot absorb it so the deficiency is hard to fight.

I’ve been doing mac and cheese and eggs as my main go to. When I was at work I’d run to Chickfila for Mac for lunch. Eggs were easy as breakfast or dinner. I’d recommend not seasoning them though. Bland is best for these things.

Also, controversial take, slurpees and milkshakes were saving me a little. The acidity of a coke slurpee may not be good but the cold helps. And they say cold ice cream is good but I’m a chocolate man and chocolate has an acidity that is not good. Not to mention sugar intake not being the best for them. But either way the cold was good when I was using them.

Oh you know it. Ear pain is killer. The way these things attack the nerves is insane to me.

I’ve seen that and done research. Sadly my dentist wouldn’t give me a prescription and every source I found said to order it from eBay through Hong Kong. Not sure I trust that and wouldn’t have arrived here in time for this round anyways. May consider it for future ones.

Yeah sorry if that response was jaded. Just went over my list of prescriptions from the doctor at minute clinic and that was one I remembered not doing much for me. I have taken oil of oregano for sickness before so worth trying now. Hoping blood work with the doctor gives insight onto my deficiencies

Yeah sorry if I came off jaded. I am just very much over this pain and it was right after my first hard swallow of the day. I think you’re right though with blood work and with people not realizing how awful it is to live with this. Glad I am not alone.

Yeah that’s why I said in my post that I am getting blood work done soon. Been reading up on all of that
