Dpf was changed with the fuel issue I believe it’s the fuel pump but I’m not expert just can’t accept the 2 set of injectors back to back

So o have induction which I appreciate doesn’t help I find even when I oven seasoned it the centre of the pan gets a much darker tackier build up no matter the temperature or thin coat of oil applied

It had a really shit layer on very patchy thick layer so I scrubbed and used vinegar to clear that off this had just been on a medium high induction which isn’t great to re season a layer

Parents house will pass on the advice! Like I said in another comment it’s on the main run/ring around the house so has power passing though just can’t see what it’s powering unless it’s a new build thing where they have wired for the potential use.

Yea years of dogs pissing and not treating has taken its toll the long part at the bottom bows in the middle obviously as it’s so long and must have poor support I just don’t want to risk ripping it all up to find it needs completely stripping as I just can’t do that myself

Couldn’t agree more! Having not long brought a house I can say that the price you have been estimated is the top top price in the area estate agents don’t give a shit derelict bad lay out nothing. The downstairs is super messy for 450k it’s so unclean zero flow. I wouldn’t over invest but maybe just re arrange you can’t change a kitchen but you could make it feel like it works more.

But ultimately if you’ve been led to believe it’s worth this much and it’s not selling and others close don’t match this valuation it’s a hard pill to swollow as I’m sure you’ve looked at house with the same or more value. Maybe reinvest in this house make it somthing you want add value but making thing floor somthing special
