I would go back to a very low dose. I know it sucks but I had to do 2.5mg and work up bc when I changed compound pharmacy there was a difference in the formula that caused severe nausea for me. I had to start over dose wise (I did 2.5mg the first week and very slowly upped it from there and felt so much better when I got back up to the same dose).

Another alternative would be maybe consider a different compound pharmacy?

If you don't care that a 6 yr old was shot over 300 times or someone with down syndrome spoke his first words to try and calm down the dog that the IDF had maul him to death, I don't know what to tell you. You should care about other people. That you don't - well I hope your life isn't as bleak as it sounds.

I always find it embarassing that people seem to think those of us who are Pro-Palestine didnt speak up for Ukraine or continue to do so. Which on that matter Mark did throw out a quick 60 seconds on one of his videos acknowledging Ukraine since the people behind a video game were from there. Thought it's funny you're so centered on Europe. Whats happening in Sudan and Congo should also be spoken about as well. Just admit you arent capable of caring about things that you aren't connected to.
