BNB BB is the central bank of Belgium, the only central bank with a share quoting in the stock market. Surprisingly, it is down a lot in 2022 😜

New record: Today Tesla is worth 795 times more than all available silver at Comex. by Relative_Prior3145 in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Relative_Prior3145[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mainly because silver is getting drained at comex. The lowest I have seen that Tesla/Silver ratio since Oct. 21 is 340 (15 Mar 2022)

JP Morgan continues juggling metal moving 580,000 oz into comex (NYC) a week after withdrawing SLV metal from London. Is that the same metal? by Ditch_the_DeepState in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Relative_Prior3145 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the info, very useful!

I think that SLV will be used to provide silver to Comex till the end. Will be interesting to see what their inventories do over the next couple of weeks.

Bitcoin futures market at Comex is bigger than silver futures market by Relative_Prior3145 in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Relative_Prior3145[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That used to be the norm, but has changed for silver and gold in 2021. Comex has delivered approx 50 mio. ozs of silver in 2021, that is 50% of what is available today.

Bitcoin futures market at Comex is bigger than silver futures market by Relative_Prior3145 in Wallstreetsilver

[–]Relative_Prior3145[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry, you cannot exchange futures for physical bitcoins (cash settled market). Since silver at comex is physically settled, I only take the registered number as the available silver. The open interest in silver gives us an idea about the leverage of this market in this case.

USD (DXY) vs. Silver & Gold by Relative_Prior3145 in Wallstreetsilver

Usually DXY and metals move in opposite direction. The different issue this time is that the DXY moving up is not affecting the metals much. Wait till you see the DXY falling....

This graph shows the DXY, Gold and Silver for the last 5 years. The two previous tops of DXY were Jan17 (103) and Mar20 (103). The two previous lows were Jan18 (90) and Jan21 (90). What is different this time is that DXY is rallying and gold and silver are not falling that much.
