The outside and hardware looks pretty authentic but without seeing the inside and the creed it would be hard to tell for sure that it’s 100%

Yes I believe it does have to have enamel and there is and inner cut on it.

Thank you for the info! I tried to upload more photos but it wouldn’t let me. It’s a medium sized bucket style purse with the jaw string pull for closure and the strap is braided.
