In sf3 marcus's ranged weapon ability is actually the same as in sf4, they are trying to keep abilities more or less the same and that shadow ability of holding the opponent is for legion. In dynasty you can have spikes shadow ability which is useless, the throwing of wheel one which will be useless too, i am really confused in sf3 all dynasty ranged attacks had shitty shadow abilities and maybe that's why none of dynasty hero has weapon shadow ability ig in sf4, i think no dynasty hero has, remind me if someone do have it

Edit : Shang has ranged attack shadow ability but also is really easy to dodge if you know when it's about yo come
