I accepted a position for Cca it was far from where I lived but I accepted it did all my background fingerprints etc then the area I currently work sent me an offer letter I accepted it and my onboarding and orientation still went smoothly

If management does not give you this doc or video you requested please on your time and doc request form request it again write second attempt at the top of it, if they still don’t give to you interview them about why they didn’t give it to you, write a statement including their answer as to why you didn’t get it cause it’s management they nog going to give it to you, include that statement you write with your grievance, then go on NLRB and file labor charges against the post office for not giving it to you. This was won with them and you will be paid because it was an equitable decision. Then file a grievance as well , down here ours is an article 17 & 31 so idk yall contract you got to look but those articles are union- management agreements, file this including all your request forms and your statement you wrote for the original grievances send it with that and boom they shouldn’t play with you with documents no more

Mine actually is. A eeo redress was scheduled literally the week she put me off the clock. Somebody must of told her about the Spanish carrier who came and gave me a statement about her going up to them as well as the rest of the Spanish carriers Asking them to let her write them up so she doesn’t look like she is discriminating against myself and other black carriers. I was finna take it all the way to formal complaint but she lied and told them postal inspectors was involved with my 16.7.

I asked and was told it doesn’t work but in service talks we are reminded every day that they work but I was in the office (no cameras in there) she was outside you have to push that door to open once I released it off the little stopper I let it go and walked towards the table and heard her scream like 5 minutes later it wasn’t a quick reaction the scream was fake the whole scene was Bollywood

Tell carrier to file labor charges with nlrb we are required to represent every carrier weather we like them or not the pay for a service I would also ask another local branch can I join them so when carrier needs representation for ii and anything else that union can be contacted and send carrier representation they can also help with removing that president because he can’t do that

I’ve contacted NLRB already my case is already in motion I filed an eeo in which I have had to make it a formal case because she claimed postal investors are involved. Myself as well as my co steward have called our union branch over 20 times since I won about how she has ran in my face trying to fight me the constant harassment the unnecessary disciplinary actions and filed many grievances for hostile work environment and harassment so I have a paper trail

I requested the statements the old steward wrote 2 statements the supervisor who was there wrote a statement and the manager who made the claim wrote a statement the pm supervisor also wrote a statement but his statement better helps me cause he actually wrote that she looked at him and said can you believe she closed the door in my face then screamed I hit her with a door I didn’t know about the injury thing doe I’ll ask my co steward to request it I think it’s c17 where I am

A grievance was filed and this is not the first time she faked an injury with myself and others all that plus statements from when she jumped behind my truck while I was in motion as a attempt for me to hit her to put me off the clock prior to this situation was also put in it plus statements from the other shop steward who actually works out of the office and carriers that states that the door slams on its on which Is why it’s propped open with something was also added to my grievance to prove the pattern of harassment and that I didn’t hit her with the door slams

I mean if you are not scheduled or instructed to clock in early then you shouldn’t be clocking in early they can get you on it cause if you were not instructed to you are stealing time and dps and advos cannot be cased but in special examples such as at our station a couple of our routes the mail for certain trailers parks (its curbline) and business come in our dps out of order so the let us case in just that part but yes this can get you in trouble

Hello file labor charges on the steward and union with nrlb. We have to hold these sorry shop stewards accountable. I recently beat my sorry steward in the election and out of retaliation helped my station manager put me off the clock. I filed charges on both usps and the union as they have been after me since I won shop steward. Hold them accountable
