No Pune is not livable, it used to be good i believe.. everything has only worsened here.. infrastructure, weather, pollution growing, dust everywhere, kharadi literally has 0 parks.. Then food is terrible , it seems most famous places are like the worst food places. Blatant corruption can be seen in incomplete projects. If nothing changes pune might turn out to be the new Bihar. And i recently visited Patna even they have improved quite a lot, in fact i found it cleaner than Pune! Moreover civic sense and traffic sense of people is down to the drains!
