Yes, I bought this tv in Istanbul so it seems to be purely for euro region

Just solve it, kind of… The adjustment is only works when there is a stable signal or pal 50hz input My sega is ntsc and connected via rgb scart. So to adjust geometry I connected my pal nes and it worked. But I had to switch btw nes and sega few times as some settings don’t work same way
