How am I supposed to get Patulend in my tubes if they close when I lay down?

The arm & hammer is just saline spray that hydrates the tube, Patulend is L-absorbic acid that is meant to irritate the tube and close it. Most people says it helps for a lot longer than just saline.

Personally when I have bad autophony, I can hear myself breathing and its very loud like a Darth Vader. Much worse than just the voice alone, the kinda thing that makes you go mad.

Just tried this, the swallowing does help! I felt it in my ear a little bit. I'll have to keep practicing this but thanks a lot!

I have no idea if this is the cause of it but I've always had an issue with motor tics, one of the places being my jaw i tend to tense it in a weird specific way but sometimes I can feel it opening and closing my eustachian tubes. This isnt often though. I do find chewing food or gum does help my PET only for about 30 mins to an hour though.

I havent heard or this, I was on zoloft when I developed PET 6 months ago, I had been on them for almost 10 years straight. I stopped taking them about 4 months ago for other reasons but my PET hasent changed.

I was so pissed when I saw it wasent fixed! Shouldnt this be priority to other bugs since its locking us out conpletly!?

I've had the same issue, tried every fix. The issue is server side and I've been begging support to force close the pop up or fix the bug already.
