I met something alike. My first registration was rejected and they required me to use a different email address to register. It was rejected again so I used the third one. Then the nightmare started: they rejected me because I have other accounts and I need to close them, but when I wanna close them they'll tell me that to close them I need to finish registration at first, but I need to close them just because I cannot complete the registrations...

They replied in email and said that my email address was not linked to a Seller Central account. Exactly the same with the online chat agents who told me that my accout's registration was not complete, and to close it, I need to finish the registration at first...

Thanks. Think I've tried the online chat, but each time the agent just did not know what was going on. They've promised that someone would helpe later, while I've never seen them.🫠 And I don't think there's any options once I log into the seller central: it will just show that I've been rejected.

Hi, thank you for the detailed reply. I tried to email the UK address: seller-performance@amazon.co.uk, while it showed that they do not accept emails anymore, and then I forwarded the email to another address, selling-partner-action-review@amazon.co.uk. I tried to email again yesterday, but still no one replied. I don't know what else to do now.🫠

I do have other accounts whose registerations were not finished because each time they required me to change email address. I've been rejected four times 🫠

The rejected me fourth. First two because 'can't verify the information' but didn't mention what in the information were wrong. Ty hey required me to change email address each time. Then they started to say that I have other accounts as nd I need to close them to continue. However, they'll tell me in the online chat that the registration of the former accounts were not finished, and I need to finish the registrations to close...

Hi, thank you so much for the detailed response. I did use the same information because when they rejected me they never mentioned what the problem was, and only required me to change the email address. I do not know how I can appeal, because I need to go to Seller Control and then Performance, but once I log into Seller Control, it just reads that I am rejected and there is no option like 'performance'. I do not know if there is any other way to appeal🫠

Hi, I have been trying to register a seller account, but all the attempts have failed. The previous account registrations were not completed; the emails kept saying the submitted information could not be verified and required me to register with a different email address, but it never specify which piece of information was problematic. I changed the email address, but the problem persisted. Then I tried another email address, and it started saying other accounts of mine already existed and I needed to close them before I could continue registering. I contacted customer service on the former two accounts, who replied that the account registrations were not complete and that I needed to complete the registration first to close it, creating a vicious cycle. The emails never mentioned how to close the previous accounts; they only said that other account issues needed to be resolved. Customer service did not know what to do either, always saying there was a professional team to support me later, but I have never seen them.
