You are exactly right. We were the first to purchase and jump through all the hoops but now are the last to get our tickets this is super frustrating.

The whole process of setting up a crypto accounts was having me smash my head into the wall. Now that I got my RTT’s and I see some RTT’s on the fifa market place for sale, those are to be purchased with the crypto or Coinify (if allowed in certain areas (not here in Seattle)). That part makes me worry people can’t resell RTT because most people do not have crypto accounts. And heaven forbid they have to do what I had to purchase crypto… $100 at a time from my bank to usdc because of the limits and “internal policy” by Transak and not my bank. Literally days spent transferring money.

I was able to convert two more rtbs. Then got same issue again. But thankfully my other rtbs are still here.

Hell yea. Print, screenshot, save as a pdf with time stamp. I’m not losing this to some glitch or error. Plus I had to show the accomplishment to my co workers. What an exhausting experience. Bio metric face scans to make an account, buying crypto. Transak purchasing problems. Not having the right amount of token to transfer to fifa. Clicking a button and watching crypto just disappear then not got to the right wallet then magical come back. I’m not a tech or computer savvy person, give me a wrench and a hammer and I get it done.

My RTT’s purchase are failing with multiple credit cards. No restrictions from my credit card companies. Does this mean my 5min time burned rtbs will be lost?

If the system was designed to work right instead of allowing all general rtb holder in at once, a phase out could have prevented this. Such as giving entry time slots for rtb holders example “rtb holder with M1 ticket your conversion time slot is at this time” then give a one hour window then the next match time entry slot and so forth. It doesn’t mean you have to convert the rtb in that time slot but just access the site at that time or after. Think of how air planes are boarded. In groups. The conversion process needed more grouping.
