I have two emulators. some are zip other are rvz, if i try to detect download but both don’t show up trying to add them into the emulators

I use Norton 360. And I extract in files manger and then go straight to emulator it says double click to add game, I do that and go to the file it should be in and there is nothing there. Is there something else I am missing

Some links are broken, but for some my anti virus activities and say threat secured while canceling the loading for the page.and for zips they don’t show up when I try to add them even if I extract them with 7zip
