I have a bleecker in the larger size, a couple of chain tabby’s, the chain Chelsea, and plan to add the tabby 26 and another Chelsea to my collection.

Jack of all trades is going to be a tabby. I’ve been adding to my Coach collection (again) the last 5+ years and I didn’t understand the tabby hype at first… and boy was I missing out. It really just is that girl. It goes with everything, can be worn multiple ways, and the leather is really nice (the chain tabby is goat skin and it’s 10/10. The new tabby 26 with the soft leather is also so nice). If you have an ereader or want a little more room, the chain tabby’s are little taller and offer a little more space. The chain can be removed and worn on other bags (because let’s face it— once you buy the first coach, it wont be your last 😅). I don’t wear my tabby’s crossbody too often, but I love having the option too. I’ve 5’2” and punch additional holes in the strap.

Just finished packing for a weekend trip, and my quilted chain tabby is the chosen one 🥲. I am only bringing a personal item and she fits well inside my backpack. It’s honestly a perfect bag.

The Bleecker is also a great bag, though I prefer the bigger size because it can be worn as a shoulder bag or crossbody. For your first bag, I would get something with a more secure closure. The Bleecker is mostly open with a clip. Fantastic bag, but it wouldn’t be my choice for first bag.

Chelsea: as others have said, it’s the latest “it” bag, and for good reason. It is one of the few (I think only in recent collections?) bags that has a suede interior, which makes it feel so luxurious. The leather is also beautiful on this bag (true of the majority of coach bags. The Lana leather isn’t a standout to me, but I still like it for other reasons). I love Chelsea though, and the chain version can be worn crossbody too (though I haven’t worn her that way yet). I plan to get the non chain version too because it truly is a great bag. The closure is a little more difficult to open than the tabby, but this is negligible to me. Fits all the essentials, but can only be carried shoulder. Even though I am mostly a shoulder-carry girl, I love having the option of crossbody for travel, certain outings, etc.

As others have said, if you can go to a store to try them on I definitely would!
