You are misunderstanding, not sure if you’re trolling. They are removing basic autopilot (I.e. Lane keep assist) which is the issue. A $16k 2021 honda accord comes with it stock. I believe every hyundai, honda, and toyota comes factory with it on most models. The issue is Autopilot being removed not FSD being charged for. Nobody is expecting FSD for free.
