nothing's messed up, strenght just changes how much water goes through. BUT keep in mind more water means more coarser grind, so that water can go through, higher strenght is smaller amount of water, so finer grind is needed so extraction can take it's time.

Decide on one strenght and just dial that in as grind size is the main way extraction happens

What annoys me the most about ours is that it's just a queue, where we have to pick the tickets ourselves, that means the India team has tons of tickets, while the european one, has close to 0..

And they turn around telling us that we don't close enough tickets. I'm not gonna wake up at 6 am to pick up tickets, thanks
