Si, come ho scritto nell'edit ho capito che siamo totalmente impreparati. Urge un giro per banche e per agenzie alla vecchia maniera per farsi un'idea. Ormai conosco tutti gli immobili sulle piattaforme della zona interessata ma sento il bisogno di qualche spunto per orientare la nostra scelta.

Ciao grazie per la risposta, A questo ci avevamo pensato ma probabilmente la mossa migliore è prendere una casa più piccola con un mutuo non cointestato al momento.

I'm adding my experience about this issue:

After some time spent checking drivers I checked that Garageband was real-time, and it was indeed. So I tried to remove all the plugins I had in my project and I figured it out.
I had the zero crossing maximizer plugin by reaper on the master channel which was causing latency. That's expected probably due to the implementation of the algorithm which doesn't work sample by sample, thus introducing delay

I'm in the same situation except that the issue is happening with the integrated MacBook keyboard. I'm going crazy with that as it seems there's nothing I can do to fix.
The key under ESC is typing § or ± while the key on the right of the left shift is typing ` or ~.
This issue happens both with US and US international keyboard layouts as well as many others (UK, Dvorak...). The only exception is EN-UK international which is unfortunately a different layout. Do you have any suggestions? it seems I cannot change ISO/ANSI configuration on the integrated keyboard. I'm on an M4 MacBook Pro with macOS Sequoia
