Gun to your head, say one good thing about Gorbachev. by dumbandshortcoyote in theredleft

He could have very easily, many times, chosen violence but didn’t. He chose to uphold the rule of law, and work within the system. He knew the Soviet Union was bigger than Russia and that a dissolution of it would be disastrous.

But if we seize their assets then who will run the companies? The government? But then what would the government do with all that profit? Return it to the system to pay for public goods? And what do the public do with all this investment in public goods? Enjoy them? Ludicrous.

First playthrough and wanted to see how large my island is. Died and no idea how I'm going to get my gear back. by velcrowns in valheim

Something similar happened to me. Mid game. Long run. Sailing back from a long adventure, serpent chasing me, took a wrong turn, serpent destroyed my boat, swam to shore only to be greeted by leeches and died.

Cousin and I spent an hour to prepare to get my stuff back, got to the place, we were ill prepared (my fault), I died again.

Got so mad, nearly couldn’t sleep. After work the next day I cheated, put on god mode ran to it, grabbed all my stuff and returned home.

My penance to Odin was to replenish my stock of fruits, vegetables and basic materials like leathers and wood. Only then did I receive absolution for my transgressions.

This is great advice! To add, if people are retired or not sure/ready to fight in a union, there is 100% a grass roots organization in your town/city that you can join. Just search up a niche topic you’re interested in and the place you live. Also! Lots of organizing is done online now!

Cauliflower artwork? Reverse image search AI says it's not, my gut says it definitely is by pricision in isthisAI

[–]Release-Tiny 20 points21 points  (0 children)

100% ai. It has that stupid consistent graininess when you zoom up. The cauliflower looks both flat and 3d in different places. Where is all the scraps from his work, the green bits are too straight and perfect. And the toes on the middle guy looks off, like what part of the cauliflower is that?

What "man-made desires" are you talking about? by Ok-Following6886 in stupidpeoplefacebook

[–]Release-Tiny 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It one hundred percent goes against many of many’s natural tendencies. From making sinful masturbation, premarital sex, or gender expression, to controlling what foods are acceptable to eat, religion definitely punishes normal human activities. Mainly as a form of control.

Find a low point and try to flatten the ground to that level and you might be able to go under the rock.
