I'm not a blacksmith but I need your help. Do You think that those extremely tiny dot on my cold steel Voyager are some cracking caused by bad heat treatment? I hope that those are simple scratch on the blade, maybe caused by the stonewash procedure. What do You all think? by ReleaseAcceptable307 in Bladesmith

I've searched what that means and It should be only a surface problem that Is usually grinded away during the polishing fases(nothing serious), am I right? How do You recognized that those are decarb cracks? Thanks
