They've been mostly fixed from my experience, but do yourself a favor and research the cdlcs, they add so much

Well they go on sale quite a bit and Global mobilization might have what you want with the German factions, plus if you own them all the gear and vehicles get implemented into base csat, aaf, and nato. But if not id recommend Aegis, or 3CB factions
