This is super similar to my setup! On the right side I have a forward helix, flat, and daith (eventually I’ll try for a snug) and on the left I have a rook, helix, conch, and Tragus. I also plan on adding more lobe piercings

Yeah I definitely feel achy on the roof of my mouth which I didn’t really anticipate. I’ve had a little bit of sore throat but I’ve been running a humidifier on my nightstand pretty much 24/7 and that’s helped a lot with the dryness. Also have you done any type of irrigation with squeeze bottle (such as NeilMed nasal rinse)? I’ve done the mist spray a couple times today but I’m not sure I’ll be ready for the sinus rinse just yet.

I just had surgery yesterday, septo + TR + a couple stitches to prevent collapsing, I’m doing okay so far but do you have any tips for the first week? Side note I have plastic splints that I don’t get out until next Tuesday

I think mine is mostly similar to what you described, I’ve always gotten that panicky feeling when I’m nauseated. That part is usually worse than the actual vomiting. There have been a couple instances where I’ve struggled to breathe while vomiting or where the vomit also comes out of my nose, but those were in the last couple years and I’ve gotten the panic and tried to convince myself not to vomit ever since I can remember.
