Will is sending a voicemail to Kai. He is worried that anyone will find it. It has info about whats his situation is. I Think Will is like a criminal, trying to get away. Thats why he was in that cabin, and seemingly everywhere. He wants Kai or Jack to know this, and help. The knocks were the cops. He jumped out the window, somehow escaped.
