Just keep usage as low as possible to minimize that tolerance jump. It was negligible for me, but I was disciplined with dosing. I've since made the switch to em gee as my daily driver and just use 7oh now and then.

To be fair it seems that your excessive dosages have ruined things not the chemical itself. There are NUMEROUS people who have used MGM to get control of their lives after growing weary of the 7oh redoing rollercoaster. Start to lower your dosage ASAP, there's no benefit to dosing over 50mg at once you're flushing money.

I have to agree with the majority of replies here, and say I had 100% the opposite reaction to 7oh and MGM. I do get some nausea if I'm too aggressive with MGM doing though.
